Advertisement for 1 Muslim Rice or Noodle Stall Xinmin Secondary School

We are looking for 1 Muslim Rice/Noodle Stall to operate in Xinmin Secondary School.  The school is located at 11 Hougang Ave 8, Singapore 538789.  If you know of anyone who may be interested, please help to circulate this information.

Requirements

• Singapore citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for stallholder and stall assistant.
• Able to provide good service and quality food at reasonable prices.
• Able to maintain high standard of food safety and personal hygiene.
• Able to provide cooked food that comply with the health/nutritional standards set by the Health Promotion Board under the “Healthy Meals in Schools Programme  (HMSP)” guidelines

• Must be healthy and fit to operate the stall in personal attendance at the stall during operation hours.
• Preferably to have catering experience or experience operating in a school environment.
• Applicant must abide by the rules and regulations set by the school.
• If offered a canteen stall, applicant and assistant must complete the Basic Food Hygiene Course conducted by SkillsFuture Singapore’s accredited training providers and then apply for Food Stall Licence from the Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
