Our school values parents’ partnership to raise a kind and confident generation together. To ensure the holistic development of our students, our school and parents work hand-in-hand to support teachers’ professional responsibilities.

Open, respectful conversations between educators and parents enable coordinated and holistic support for the child. By showing mutual respect, we set a positive example for the child.

Official Modes of Communication

Parents Gateway (PG) App: This is our primary tool for official school announcements, consent forms, and administrative updates. Please ensure your notifications are switched on.
School Email: For non-urgent matters, please email the respective teacher or staff member directly.
School Phone: You may call the General Office for inquiries or to leave a message for a staff member.

Communication Hours

Parents can contact our staff between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, during term time.
Our staff are not expected to check or respond to emails/messages outside these hours, on weekends, and during teachers’ school holidays.

Urgent Matters

We understand that some situations require immediate attention (e.g. sudden changes to transport arrangements or medical emergencies).
For all urgent messages during school hours, please contact the General Office directly at 6288 9382. Our staff will ensure that the information reaches the relevant teacher or student immediately.
