MOE has enhanced its financial assistance schemes for 2026 with raised income eligibility criteria and increased benefits, helping more families qualify for support. ComCare recipients who have been auto-granted MOE FAS, please contact school at 6288 9382 to check status

Do not purchase textbooks or uniforms if applying for FAS - no reimbursement available

MOE FAS Approved by primary/sibling’s schools / 2026 Secondary 1
For MOE FAS applications approved by respective primary schools, or their siblings’ schools, please click the below link or scan the QR code to submit the approval letter for our processing.

School-based FAS
Singapore citizen students who do not meet the eligibility criteria for MOE FAS may also apply for School-based FAS via the MOE FAS application process. Approval will be granted on a case-to-case basis.
